Description: No hard sells. Very friendly and accommodating. Let me reserve a car from their allocation and had it to me about two months later at MSRP. They seemed eager to make a sale and didn't charge me a reservation fee (other dealers were). When I asked, they explicitly told me they don't mark up cars, which was true in my experience. They do have add-on packages that they will offer at time of sale, but they are optional and they're clear about it. Some extras they straight up told me "they weren't fans of", etc. Others like extended warranty and undercoating they pushed a little. I wasn't happy with their trade-in offer, and ultimately sold my old car privately for $2.5k more than they offered me. All in all, I expected much worse, and found it to be a pretty decent experience compared to my exchanges with some other local dealers in Vermont. When I'm ever in market again, I'd definitely consider buying from them.
