Description: 2023 Kia Soul S listed at $22,963 via chatbot on website.   Upon calling the dealership we were informed the price was actually $28,790.  When asked why the price was so much higher than MSRP they responded "market adjustments, and we are actually middle of the line with our markups"  "we can't even keep them in stock so..."
