Before doing so, I called and spoke with the sales consultant named Jenifer to verify that a Premium Luxury 2021 Escalade in Shadow Metallic color was still available and at the price listed online. She did confirm that they had vehicle and that the price was correct. It wasn't until I arrived at the dealership, was when she told me that the vehicle was $25,000 more than what it was listed online for. She gave me the paper with the final sale price. I told her I wasn't going to pay that much of a mark up.  When I got up from her desk, I had the paper in my hand that she gave me with the vehicle figures as well as the vin number. She deliberately snatched the paper out of my hand and told me that I could not have it and that it had to stay with her. At that point, I was very offended and felt violated. She did not value me as a customer.
