I want to add Heartland Toyota in Bremerton, WA to the list of MSRP only dealerships. I only had to do a $500 non-refundable deposit and they sent me an agreement contract to sign for MSRP + whatever DIO I choose. The salesman was adamant that all DIO were optional, NOT mandatory, and that was the policy of their dealership.
