Called the dealer to check availability and they mentioned it is in transit and open for reservation.

Went to the dealership and they are adding another $5,500 as dealer installed overpriced accessories and services. 

Asked them to remove it and I don't need any addon's, they were blunt enough to say either buy with the addons or leave. 

Saying Hybrids are in demand and they will sell it to someone else and have many buyers on the list.

They did not allow me to take the quote paper with me but below are the mark ups as far I remember from the meeting.

Toyota PPM - $1,575
All Weather Pack - $1,495
Appearance Protection - $995
Ceramic Coating - $1,595

Hope Toyota takes strict action on such dealers. 
Please avoid this dealership.
