Went to purchase a 2023 Telluride off the lot. All prices posted online were the MSRP prices. After I made it to the dealership and the salesman had me looking at the vehicle then he disclosed that there was a small market adjustment but didn't say how much. We then went inside they immediately want to run my credit before talking numbers I refused and told them let's talk numbers first. MSRP on the one I was interested in was $52,200 they come out with a price of a little over $59,000 I refused and said I wouldn't pay over MSRP and they more or less told me they wouldn't take the market adjustment off. I told them I'd drive the other 40 miles or so to Freedom Kia in Morgantown, WV where they sell at MSRP and save myself $7,000.
