Called to verify no addon prices. Requested they verify the final price off the lot 3 times on the phone and was given retail price. When we arrived they again verified retail price was the final price. Sales person left with ID and came back with a price $10,000 above retail of $18,000 or so. Wouldn't give ID back when we explained we would only pay retail. Sales person asked what price we would pay and I told them retail. Sales person left again and wouldn't come back for nearly 30 minutes and wouldn't give my ID back. Finally got my ID back after almost an hour and left.
