I have been looking to purchase a Honda Ridgeline since May 2022 finally bought it from  McGrath Honda Of St Charles 2023 Honda Ridgeline Black Edition they actually sold it to me by text manager Carlos A. contacted me we agreed on price on my new Ridgeline and trade in value on my trade-in 2021 CR-V all via text before I left to the dealer I went on-line filled out credit application as I hurried to get there before they closed I was assured by the manager that they would wait for me after hours on a Saturday night when I finally got to McGrath Honda St Charles I was greeted by Brian N. the moment I walked in, he immediately pulled up my new Ridgeline we went for a drive around the block came back to dealer sat with Keith in finance went over a few options signed contract and I was out of the dealer in 30 min it was the most satisfying experience purchasing a vehicle I trust McGrath with our family vehicles needs congratulations to the owner for having such an amazing staff and store!
