Make sure to block out any personal contact information like addresses, email addresses or phone numbers.
Must contain at least one of the following:
- If Markup listing source is from a Dealer website:
- Screenshot of the vehicle on the dealer website showing Vehicle Vin or stock #,
- Screenshot showing the Dealer Addendum/addon
- If no markup then provide a pic of a text/email from the dealer/salesman stating no markup or addons.
- Listing description should express the basic experience you had, i.e. did you have to jump through hoops to find out the markup/addon amounts?
- If Markup listing source is from a Dealer/Salesman communication:
- Pic of communications from dealership or salesman describing the markup/addons to a specific vehicle; can be email, text message, etc.
- Listing description should express the basic experience you had, i.e. did you have to jump through hoops to find out the markup/addon amounts?
- If Markup listing source is from an in store Dealership visit:
- Picture of window sticker at the dealership with MSRP shown and the Addendum/add-ons.
- Listing description should express the basic experience you had, i.e. did you have to jump through hoops to find out the markup/addon amounts?
- If Markup listing source is from a forum or social media post:
- Screenshot/ Picture of a posting on a forum or social platform from another consumer that experienced the markup.
- Listing description should include a copy of the post text and the post citing data, example:
